Unconventional Florence, Italy

Next stop Florence.  This city tho.. I can really say that I was surprised because at first I didn?t have any expectations with Florence. I didn?t know much about it, only that the brand Gucci was established there and that they have a huge Duomo church, and that?s basically it. But this city is so much worth to visit even when it is fall and a bit colder than usually. They have so nice small Italian streets and tiny cafes in the center where we had a quick lunch one day. I visited the Gucci museum in Florence, which was pretty amazing. Didn?t cost much, so I thought- once I?m here I should go and check it out. I?ve read a book about Gucci history and it all started as a brand that started to produce luxurious leather goods, such as suitcases and bags. The museum really summarised the whole history and development till today. Of course I made lots of pictures to show what I saw. Florence is just amazing, I really wanna go back there in some time again, hopefully in the summer time and see more places and experience some more Italian cuisine.  Ouh, and we visited such a nice authentic Italian restaurant for a dinner once, I think I drank the best red wine I?ve ever had and ate pasta of course.

Now, enjoy pictures. Starting with the Gucci Museo
